How has being an ICS graduate from Duke helped shape you personally and/or professionally?

"ICS introduced me to global cultures and languages that shaped my interest in cross-border finance transactions and business. I love advising clients on a range of global legal issues. I have also worked at large multinational companies and have a deeper understanding of political and cultural forces affecting the economy."

What advice would you give students in Duke's International Comparative Studies programs? 

"Try to pair the ICS major with a technical skill, either coding, accounting, fine arts, law, medicine, language or other specialty which will allow you to add invaluable perspective in your career or craft."
