How has being an ICS graduate from Duke helped shape your professional success?

"It was tough in the beginning, the UN was having a hiring freeze so my plans for international focused work was a bit haulted. I ended up going into HR with is daily diplomacy, a lot of understanding people from different cultures especially in the tech world."

Advice Aileen would give Duke ICS students:

"Think about what you love to do and focus on that. ICS allowed me to focus on a global education, while most people felt they were stuck taking core classes I always felt that I was taking courses that helped shape me as a human and helped me make more global informed decisions."
