To apply to the ICS distinction/honors program, you must:
have an updated and approved curricular plan on file with the ICS Program.
have completed ICS 195, Comparative Approaches to Global Issues before application;
be on track to complete, by the end of your junior year, a substantial portion of the ICS major (roughly 11 courses, including language);
have strong academic achievement (at least a 3.3 GPA) in the courses you have completed for the ICS major;

This year, we are accepting on a a rolling basis. Students are invited to apply for the program beginning on March 20th. The final day to apply is April 17th. Decisions on admission will be sent out weekly. The class is currently limited to 10 students, so we encourage students to apply earlier rather than later. When the class is full we will not accept any further applications, and will send out an e-mail acknowleging this. All three parts of the application should be e-mailed to the . The Scott Lee Stephenson Memorial Fund allows the ICS Program to offer research travel grants related to honors/distinction projects. The application for funding is an expanded version of the application above and is due at the same time.
